How does Runo work?
Runo works by using SIM cards to route calls through mobile devices or SIM gateways. It then integrates these calls with its CRM platform, allowing businesses to track, record, and analyze call data seamlessly.

How can Runo benefit my business?

Can Runo CRM integrate with Facebook, websites, IndiaMart, JustDial, Magicbricks, 99acres, etc.?
Yes, we will share with you the open API keys. You can easily integrate it with any lead source, and it doesn't cost anything. However, if you want us to do the integration, there will be a nominal one-time cost of ₹5000 per lead source integration.
Can I upload the data to the respective team members centrally?
Yes, we provide you with a web URL where you can upload the Excel data. Assigning data to team members is very simple and quick, taking only 3-4 minutes through this web URL.
Where is all the data stored?
We are on AWS (Amazon Web Services), possibly the most secure server, and the data is highly encrypted. As long as you or your team don't share the user ID or password with anyone, the data will be safe.
Is Runo available in the Apple Store?
Yes. However, call recording and tracking are not available on iOS devices. Managers/team leads can use Runo on iOS devices.
Is Runo also available on the web version?
Yes, Runo is available on the web as well.
Can I download the data in Excel format using Runo?
Yes, there is a simple option in the application to download real-time data in Excel format. It is sent to the registered email immediately upon clicking the download option in the Runo app.
Can I customize the CRM fields in the Runo app as per our business needs?
Yes, it's a straightforward process. However, this right is granted only to the super admin.
Does Runo record personal calls as well?
Runo records all outgoing and incoming calls of the official GSM mobile number. Agents must ensure no personal calls are made on the official sim. If an agent has 2 sims in the same phone, Runo tracks and records calls only from the official mobile number registered in the admin panel.
Can I run multiple processes/campaigns for the same organization using Runo?
Yes, it is easy to create multiple processes/campaigns for the same organization using Runo. Please refer to the tutorial video in the admin section.
Can I auto-dial calls from the Runo CRM?
Yes, the Auto-Dial feature is available with Runo.
Does Runo consume space on mobile devices to store call recordings?
No, all call recordings are stored in Runo's AWS cloud.
For how long does Runo store call recordings?
All call recordings are stored for a period of 6 months. Before calls are removed from the app, you will have the option to download and store all recordings locally.
Can Runo be integrated with any other popular/in-house CRMs?
Yes, Runo provides API access. With these APIs, you can easily integrate Runo with your existing CRM. These APIs allow data to flow between Runo and your CRM once a day. There is no charge for these APIs. For real-time data transfer, please contact me at care@runo.in.
Is Runo useful for the incoming process as well?
Not exactly. If you require incoming calls to a central number with distribution among many callers, Runo is not the solution. Runo is ideal for outbound processes. It can track inbound calls to individual Sims for tracking purposes.
Can my team initiate outbound calling from the same number for all callers?
No, calls are initiated from the sim available in the agent's phone, and that number should be registered in the admin panel.
Can Runo track both SIMs in the same phone?
Yes, this feature can be customized but is not available as a default feature. Customization charges will apply. For more information, please check with the Product team and they will get back to you.
Is it possible to track calls only from the customer database and not unknown numbers?
Yes, it is possible. There is an option available with the admin ID to configure this feature.
